Attendance:

Families are responsible for tracking attendance. Gradekeeper is available to track attendance. A minimum of 180 instructional days is required annually. Instructional hours per day are generally: 3 hours for kindergarten, 4 hours for grades 1–3, and 5 hours for grades 4–12. Attendance is reported each semester with the semester reporting form. Please review our annual requirements, including attendance requirements.

Grade Reporting:

Families are responsible for providing instruction and maintaining academic records and grades to demonstrate academic progress. Gradekeeper can be used to help maintain academic records. Course grades are reported each semester with the semester reporting form. All coursework should be completed by the last day of the academic year (May 31). Please review our grade reporting requirements.

Semester Reporting:

Semester Reporting is due for fall (December 31), spring (May 31), and summer term (July 31, if applicable). Reporting may be completed early or when a course is completed. Report cards are automatically generated with each semester reporting form submission. Make sure our reporting requirements are followed as course information entered will be added to your students' academic record, exactly how YOU enter it, and will appear on report cards and transcripts. There is a $40 fee for revisions if course information is submitted incorrectly. Please make sure all information is up-to-date, current, and submitted in accordance with SSA policies found here --> Grading Policies
