High school counseling: $240
Specialized support service designed to guide families through the unique challenges of the high school years outside a traditional school environment, including academic planning, curriculum choices, graduation requirements, and college and career preparation. High school counseling services include a before year session, mid-year check in, and end of year review.
Unlimited email and text support: $360
Unlimited support provides parents continual access to guidance and support when they need it most.
Exact Path Diagnostic Test: $75
The Exact Path diagnostic test is an online, adaptive assessment that evaluates a student’s academic skills by adjusting its difficulty based on their responses. It’s untimed and designed to pinpoint both strengths and areas needing improvement.
California Achievement Test: $50
The California Achievement Test (CAT) is an untimed norm-referenced standardized exam that measures student performance in core academic areas such as reading, language arts, and math. It’s widely used by private schools, home education programs, and testing centers to gauge academic achievement and provide placement or progress evaluation.
Personalized Materials
Student ID Card: $60
Personalized identification card that includes your students name, grade level, academic year, and photograph.
Parent/Teacher ID Card: $60
Personalized identification card that includes parent/teacher name, academic year, and photograph.
Report Card: $20 per semester
Official report card with current courses and grades. Report cards can be requested at the end of each semester. Report cards requested at the end of the year, which include courses and grades for both semesters, are $40.
Official Transcripts: $50
Graduates receive one copy of their official high school transcripts. Additional requests incur a $50 fee per request.
Records Requests: $75
Records requests include all enrollment records, attendance records, and transcripts for all courses transferred to SSA and completed while a student at SSA.
Senior Fees
Senior year services: $120
Personalized assistance related to college applications, common APP assistance, and Bright Futures scholarship application processing.
Request to Graduate: $100
Seniors request to graduate as they approach completion of their graduation requirements, which includes a final review of completed courses, one copy of the students final official high school transcript from SSA, and their state recognized official high school diploma with padded cover from SSA.
