Course Completion & Summer Reporting
Effective June 2026: REPORT CARDS! [NOW FREE!}
Parents using parent selected curriculum will automatically receive a report card when submitting semester reporting. This is the only option to receive a report card. Keep in mind that all information submitted on the semester reporting form is added to your students' academic records. Make sure all information is accurate and NOT duplicated. Do not submit the same course information more than once.
For parents using SSA's online curriculum, NO semester reporting is needed. SSA will update your students course records at the end of each semester. When processed, you will receive a report card via email. Please allow up to two weeks after the end of a semester to receive your student's semester report card.
Make sure to keep all report cards for your records!!
Report cards are now automatically generated upon semester reporting submission and are now free. There is a $40 for revision requests if course information is submitted incorrectly. Please make sure all information is up-to-date, current, and submitted in accordance with SSA policies found here --> Grading Policies

If you are using SSA’s online curriculum

Academic Completion: All coursework should be completed by July 31, unless the student is continuing into the next academic year. SSA maintains course progress and attendance records for students using SSA’s online curriculum, so separate semester academic reporting is not required.

Submit Semester Reporting & Report Card by July 31. Click here to complete Semester Reporting.

Complete the SSA Semester Reporting Form for each student. This form is used to submit end of semester grades, attendance certification, and any course plan changes. Failure to submit required semester reporting may result in incomplete academic records, delays in transcript or diploma processing, administrative review of coursework, required placement in SSA’s approved curriculum program, inactive student status, or withdrawal from SSA.
