Course Completion & End of Year Reporting

If you are using SSA’s online curriculum

Academic Completion: All coursework should be completed by May 31, unless the student is continuing into summer or the next academic year. SSA maintains course progress and attendance records for students using SSA’s online curriculum, so separate semester academic reporting is not required.

If you are NOT using SSA's online curriculum and are using parent-provided curriculum

Submit Semester Reporting & Order a Report Card (if needed) by May 31. Click here to complete Semester Reporting.

Complete the SSA Semester Reporting Form for each student. This form is used to submit end of year grades, attendance certification, and any course plan changes. Failure to submit required semester reporting may result in incomplete academic records, delays in transcript or diploma processing, administrative review of coursework, required placement in SSA’s approved curriculum program, inactive student status, or withdrawal from SSA.
